First install? Three steps
- Tap the button above to download the APK. If the browser warns the file "may be harmful", choose "Download anyway".
- The first install is blocked as an "unknown source": open Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps, and allow the browser you downloaded with (Android 7 and older: Settings → Security → Unknown sources).
- Open the downloaded APK from the browser's downloads (or the notification) and follow the prompts. Menu names vary slightly by device.
The package is built and published automatically by official CI — identical to the GitHub Release artifact.

FAQ
Will my books be uploaded?
No. Your bookshelf is a real folder; extraction and chaptering happen entirely on your device. During narration, only the current passage is sent through a cloud proxy to be converted into audio. Caches are keyed by content hash — no plaintext is stored, and usage is recorded as character counts only.
What is the free quota?
500,000 synthesis characters and 20 AI covers per day, as enforced in the app — far more than a day of listening needs.
Which formats are supported?
EPUB / PDF / TXT / MD / HTML. Drop them into your bookshelf folder and chapters are extracted automatically.
How do I get an invite code?
Auri is invite-only for now, with limited codes. A claim section is coming to this page soon.
